Hellooo!
Today I want to share a card I made with a gorgeous freebie I got from the Kit and Clowder group for a challenge, sponsored by All Dressed Up stamps! I used a lot of Copics to do this card and of course I will share the combinations with you :)
Here's my card! I have used a gorgeous design paper from Wild Rose Studio called Peach Blossom paper pack. The butterfly on the upper left corner is made with Martha Stewart Clay and then I did this new technique I found out about recently, I put on some Distress Embossing Ink on it, then some Sticky embossing powder, heated it and then I put on Stickles Dry Fine Glitter Diamond on it. I LOVE that glitter and this is one of my favourite techniques of mine right now :D
The cabochon is hand made, I have bought these oval papers from Etsy, cut it out, glued on a glass cabochon with Glossy Accent, let it dry and then I glued it on the metal frame. Piece of cake! :D
And here's a close-up on Festival Lily. I have used the glitter technique I described above here too, on the butterflies, her dress and her eyelids and the bangles on her arms. I used some stickles around the image as well. The Copic combinations I used for her are:
Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00, E000, R20 Eyes G21, YG03, YG00 Lips RV34, RV11
Hair: E35, E53, E50
Dress: Yellow: E18, E15, Y17, Y15, Y11, Y000 Green: G28, YG03
Neckless and braid: V09, V17, V15, V12, V01
Butterflies: Green YG63, G21, YG03 Blue BG05, BG01, BG000 Pink E04, RV34, RV11 Purple V15, V12, V01
White dots: Posca pen
I totally enjoyed making this card, the paper fits so good to the colourful image I've made :) Can't wait to see the other's cards for this challenge!
Happy Crafting!

A LOVE tag with three fun techniques!
Hello! I'm feeling my mojo coming back to me, it's very much welcome back!! I have played a LOT with this project, and I'm going to tell you all about it :)
Here's my tag!! I have used a Sagen Vintage napkin with gorgeous angels (I think) on. I totally fell in love with the shabby vintage colours and bought a whole package of them! I bought them for decoupage, but then I learnt about another technique using napkins, making your very own design papers! Here's what I did: I took off all the layers except the last with the motive on the napkin, put a peice of cling film on a piece of cardstock, then the single layer of napkin on top of that. Then I put on a protective paper (I used copy paper) on top and then I ironed it until the cling film had melted between the napkin and the cardstock. Done! My very own design paper! :D
When my design paper was done, I decided to do another new fun technique I've just learnt, using sticky embossing powder and glitter! I'm a HUGE fan of glitter, love it so much when things sparkle, so this is a totally Madeleine-thing now :D I stamped the whole paper with Distress Embossing ink, wet it down totally. Then I poured sticky embossing powder over it, shook it a little so there wouldn't be any powder flying around in the room when I started heating it ;) Then I heated it with my heating gun, and then the embossing powder becomes sticky (therefor the name of the product - Sticky) like glue! So I poured some Stickles Dry Fine Glitter Diamond (OMG, it's the best glitter in the WORLD!), shook it off a little and then heated the paper again. It's sooo delicious I almost wanna eat my paper LOL! :D (I know people might laugh at my enthusiasm, but I know you crafters TOTALLY understand what I mean :D )
Okay, the third thing I tried was another new thing I made up myself! I cut out the word Love of Tim Holtz Vintage Market die and Once upon a time die on cardstock, then I put on some Glossy accent, heated it a little to speed up the drying time and then I put some more Glossy Accent on and poured glitter over the letters! Heated it a little again to speed up the drying time and then they were done! I have enhanced the image so I hope you can see the embossed letters a little :D
The butterfly is cut with MemoryBox Swirl Butterfly. I used the same embossing/glitter technique with that one too. I have used a gorgeous pearl lace that I have bought at Live and Love Crafts (BEAUTIFUL store, owned by a Swedish woman too ;) ).

It's summer time!
Hello everyone!
Today's card is a special one, I have never made anything like this and it was SO much fun!! This is a summer card, with sea theme! I have coloured up Tilda with sea shells with Copics and used no line colouring technique with Copics for the first time!!! It took several tries and lots of time to do this, so I am very much still learning! :D With all the new techniques I have learnt in the Skin and hair class and Clothing class over at kitandclowder.ning.com, I am very proud of this image.
Here's the card!
I have recently become aware of digital design paper so I bought special ones for this project, you can find them here and here! Don't you just love them!? :D I do, and they fit perfect for my card. I can also tell you that I am a HUGE fan of glitter. The more the better, because glitter makes everything sparkle, and I totally love sparkely things :) To make all the die-cuts sparkle, I have used Sticky Embossing powder that works like a glue when you heat it, then I poured Stickles Dry Fine Glitter Diamond over and heated it again. I am so happy that the photos really show how much the die-cuts shimmer :)
Here are all the dies I have used for this project:
GoKreate Large Frame Frilly #2 for the card shape.
Joy Crafts! Under the sea Waves
Joy Crafts! Under the sea Seahorse
Joy Crafts! Under the sea Starfish
Magnolia Doohickey Dies
Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Fourteen for the frame with sentiment
The sentiment is from Magnolia stamps. I have stamped it with Distress Ink Broken China (fit soooo good together with the rest of the card's colours!).
I had SO much fun making this card and have learnt so much on the way :) Hope you try the no line colouring technique and also glittering your die-cuts!! :D

This is the frame part of the card. I used a gorgeous paper from Maja Design's new collection Coffee in the Arbour to make the frame. I have chalked all the edges with Distress Ink Vintage Photo and Inka Gold Old Silver to make it shimmer. The fence is made with Magnolia DooHickey Fence die and chalked with Distress Ink Vintage Photo. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and I am roses and a store from Ali Express and I have put a little Crystal Stickles on them to make them glitter. The pearl ribbon is also from Ali Express.
Here's a close-up at the image I have coloured. I have sprinkled Frantage Enamel Pink around the image and embossed it. This is Tilda with a bow knot and Napoleon. I coloured them with Copics and here are the colours I used:
Tilda: Skin: E000, E04, E11, E21, E00, R20
Hair: E35, E53 E59
Pants and hat: V17, V15, V12, V01, V000

Here's a close-up at the cat charm I put on the front of the card and the flower arrangement. I also used a little glass bottle that I bought from a store on Ali Express.
Another close-up at the right side of the frame card.
I have used Die-Namics Cat set dies to makes these cute little cats :) I have also used Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Sixtheen to make the square for the greeting.
I have used Martha Stewart Doily Lace punch to create the lace around frame. I have also used Magnolia DooHickey Paris Night dies for the lamp post and cat. I chalked them with Inka Gold Old Silver. A decoupaged tray
Hi everyone!
Today I am blogging another decoupage project I've made. This is a tray in wood that I have spray painted, made decoupage with napkins on and then I had a lot of fun with a little distress ink and inka gold, before a final varnish. I am decorating my new house in a shabby chic/vintage/romantic style and using a lot of decoupaging doing that.
This is my tray!
The napkins are from Sagen Vintage Design. I used Weathered wood Distress Ink pad to darken the edges all over the tray and then I used Inka Gold Ice Blue (more grayish than blue!) to in force the grey ares. I used the mod podge to make the decoupage and varnish too. I played around with the edges of the napkins and tried to get a more worn down look.
That's all I had to share today, thank you for stopping by! :)
xoxo Madeleine
