Magnolia Tilda in blue

Hello everyone!

I finished a card today with Magnolia Tilda from Little London Collection (2013). Blue is a challenge for me but it was pretty fun making this card anyway (because I got to add some pink - my favourite colour - in it ;) )

Here's my card!

Here's a close-up at Magnolia Tilda. I have coloured her with Distress Markers and I must say that the finer tip is very useful making lines when I stamp my images very light. I love how the leaves turned out, because of the finer tip on the Distress Marker. The heart die I've used is from Spellbinders Nestabilities Heart Circles.

I have used something new on my flowers today - DIAMOND DUST! :D I put some Glossy Accent on the flowers and then I poured the dust over it (i had a bowl under) and then I just let it dry. I really enjoyed doing that with my flowers :)
The leaf die is from Lalaland Crafts and so is the hot air balloon. I have used Inka Gold Rosequartz on the leaves and Aquamarine on the hot air balloon and on the butterfly of clay. I made the butterfly with Martha Stewart clay and mold.

Here's a die from Tim Holtz called Weathered Clock that I've also inked with Inka Gold Aquamarine. The ribbon is actually a piece from a fabric I've bought in fabric store in Stockholm. Under the ribbon there's a lock and keys from Cheery Lynn (called Lock and Keys). I have inked them with Inka Gold Rosequartz and on the lock I have also used Crystal stickles.

And a final photo from the side. The die I have used to create the cards' shape is from GoKreate and is called Large Frame Frilly #2.

That's all for today! Thank you for stopping by and happy crafting! :)

Diane in pink and green! (Saturated Canary)

Hello hello!
I'm back with another card, I must say that the turnout of this card really surprised me! I had no idea where it would end and I really had no plan for this card!

For this card I have used a GoKreate Large Frilly #5 for the cards' shape and a gorgeous paper from K & Company. I have chalked the edges of the card with Vintage photo distress ink and then chalked it again with Inka Gold Old Silver (although it's more golden to the colour!).

A close-up at the gorgeous Diane digi stamp from Saturated Canary! She's brand new and I love her! I was just thinking about a girl with books for a stamp the other day, and then this stamp was released! She's coloured with Distress Markers.

Here's a close-up at the Vintage bycycle die from Memory Box! I have inked it with Inka Gold Silver. The white on it is Gesso from Martha Stewart.

A close-up at the flower arrangement. I have bought these from I am roses and I used Crystal stickles and Gesso on them. The charms is a hot air balloon and key from a store on Aliexpress. The pink ticket was a fun thing to do! I put some Picked Raspberry Distress on the ticket stamp, stamped it on paper and quickly pour the embossing powder on it. Shook the overflow off and heat embossed it. The embossing powder is from WoW and called Vintage Champagne. Then I creased the paper a little bit before gluing it on to the card. The beautiful lace is from Strömstads Scrapbooking. The pearl ribbon is from LLC I think.

The other side of the card. The butterfly is made with Martha Stewart clay and inked with a little bit of Inka Gold Mint Green. I also put on some gesso on it.

And a final photo and a close-up at the beautiful lamp post from Memorybox, it's called Village Lamp Post.

This was a very fun card to make!! Hope you have a happy crafting time everyone!

A golden lace card!

Hello everyone!
I'm back with a very CAS card, felt like it this time :) I have used a Cheery Lynn Die called French Flair Doily Stacker to make the frame of the card, although it's not the card shape. I have used a die from Quickutz called Nesting Frame 4 to make a card shape and then I put this gorgeous doily frame on to it.

The paper is from a favourite collection of mine, K & Company makes them, they have SUCH gorgeous paper!! Just bought two of the two stacks I love so it will last a while LOL!

The bird die in the middle is made with a die from Cheery Lynn called Lace Hummingbird Flourish. I have inked it with Inka Gold Old Silver (gives a goldy look however!).

This will be a perfect "Whatever reason" card when needed! :)

Hope you like it and happy crafting crafty friends! :D
