Hello everyone!
I finished a card today with Magnolia Tilda from Little London Collection (2013). Blue is a challenge for me but it was pretty fun making this card anyway (because I got to add some pink - my favourite colour - in it ;) )
Here's my card!
Here's a close-up at Magnolia Tilda. I have coloured her with Distress Markers and I must say that the finer tip is very useful making lines when I stamp my images very light. I love how the leaves turned out, because of the finer tip on the Distress Marker. The heart die I've used is from Spellbinders Nestabilities Heart Circles.
I have used something new on my flowers today - DIAMOND DUST! :D I put some Glossy Accent on the flowers and then I poured the dust over it (i had a bowl under) and then I just let it dry. I really enjoyed doing that with my flowers :)
The leaf die is from Lalaland Crafts and so is the hot air balloon. I have used Inka Gold Rosequartz on the leaves and Aquamarine on the hot air balloon and on the butterfly of clay. I made the butterfly with Martha Stewart clay and mold.
Here's a die from Tim Holtz called Weathered Clock that I've also inked with Inka Gold Aquamarine. The ribbon is actually a piece from a fabric I've bought in fabric store in Stockholm. Under the ribbon there's a lock and keys from Cheery Lynn (called Lock and Keys). I have inked them with Inka Gold Rosequartz and on the lock I have also used Crystal stickles.
And a final photo from the side. The die I have used to create the cards' shape is from GoKreate and is called Large Frame Frilly #2.
That's all for today! Thank you for stopping by and happy crafting! :)
xoxo Madeleine
