Daphne (Wee stamps) An Easter card

Hello hello!
The card I've made today is with the newest digi stamp from Wee stamps, I truly love these gorgeous stamps and now I finally made a card with it. It seems to me that crafting time is never enough! ;)

This is my card! These colours are SO not me, but it was fun working with them, challenging myself on finding the right nuances of them. The peachy design paper in the bottom of the card was my starting-point. Daphne is holding a daffodil so I decided to make an Easter card of it.

Here's a close-up at the coloured image with Daphne. I have coloured her with Distress Markers. I have also played around with Frantage Enamel Shabby Blue and used a pearl maker pen to create some pearl in the image. I have also used Rangers stickles Crystal on her wings and in the middle of the flowers surrounding her.

A close-up at the left side of the card. The flowers come from I am roses and the swirls behind them are made with a swirl die from the circle set of Joy of Crafts (I don't remember the name of it now). I have inked the blue flower with home made mist made of Inka Gold Turquoise and the peachy flower is also inked with a home made mist made of Inka Gold Apricot. The swirls are inked with Inka Gold Old Silver.

The frame is made of Martha Stewart clay and mold and inked with Inka Gold Old Silver. The text inside is stickers and means Happy Easter in Swedish. I have also put some Gesso on all the embellishments in the card. The gorgeous lace is bought from LLC.

A close-up at the right side of the card. I have had so much fun inking the flowers and the stamens with my home made inka gold mists!

A shot from the side. I decided to work a little more with the inside this time and cut frames of a paper with similar colour to the design paper on the front of the card and a square where the giver of the card can write her/his greetings.

That's all I had to show you guys today, hope you've had a lovely crafting Sunday just as I have! :)

A love card with Sagittarius Tilda

Hey everyone!
How you doing?? (No I am not asking like Joey in Friends hehehe) Today I finished a card I have been playing around with for a while, not sure what I wanted to do with it. I must say I am much more happy with it than I thought I would be!

This is my card!!

I have used Sagittarius Tilda from Magnolia stamps and I coloured her hair and skin with Distress Ink pads, and then I got my new Distress Markers in my mail and I just HAD to try them out, so this is a card coloured with both. I must say they really complete each other as mediums! Around the image I have used Frantage Enamel Shabby White and a silver pearl string. I have used Spellbinders Nestabilities Floral Ovals to cut the image.

I made this butterfly with mold and clay from Martha Stewart. I have actually inked the butterfly three times with different colours of Inka Gold! I couldn't decide which colour would fit best, so I started with green (like shabby green distress ink nuance), but it made the butterfly disappear into the card, since the paper was green and the castle was green. Then I tried with Old Silver, but that seemed off. Then I found Rose among the mess in my embellishment box and it fit perfectly! I have used Gesso from Martha Stewart on it too. The swirl behind the butterfly is made with a Memory Box die. The sentiment says "Hug" in swedish and is a stamp and die from Roxstamps.

A close-up at the lovely castle from Magnolia Doohickey dies. I have inked it with Inka Gold Mint Green on the bottom and then with Steel Blue on the roof.

A close-up at the other side of the card! I have used flowers from both WOC and I am roses (I truly recommend you I am roses, wonderful store and such great service (and prices!)). Behind the flowers there's a leaf die from Joy of Crafts. The Magnolia Doohickey Heart tag is inked with Ocean Blue Distress Ink pad, Broken China, Faded Jeans Distress Ink pad and then I have used Inka Gold Steel blue over that. I finished with stamping with Distress Embossing Ink and a swirl stamp before I used white embossing powder. I love the result!!

A close-up at the other tag. The charms is from a store via Aliexpress.com. The creased ribbon is ripped from a fabric I bought in a textile store in Stockholm, Sweden.

That's all I had to show you today, hope you have a happy crafting time!

The big rose is from WOC and the lace is from PYHobby. The butterflies are made of MS clay and molds and inked with Inka Gold Old Silver.

Well, that's all I had to show you guys today, hope you have a very crafting Sunday :)

An Easter card in a box with Tilda Hiding Easter Egg

Hello!

I have just finished a project I have had a lot of fun with! I found the sketch for this card at Make it Crafty's monthly sketch challenge, but this card will be with a Magnolia stamp instead :) I have another one in progress, that one might be for the challenge though :)

Yes, I have gone nuts for Easter this year, I looove doing these Easter cards! I love the bright and shiny colours and love to combine them, so this is a very spring-y card :)

Here's my card folded..! Hehehe, there's more, I promise ;) Scroll down and you'll see!

Oh, just a close-up at the front of the card ;) Keep scrolling..

Here's my Easter card in a box!!! I must say I am so proud of this creation! :D

The eggs in front of Tilda Hiding Easter Egg are made with dies from Memory box. I have used Frantage Enamel Shabby White  on them and inked the top layer with Inka Gold in different colours.

I have coloured Tilda Hiding Easter Egg with Distress Ink pads and also used a little Inka Gold on her tail, buttons and ears. I used a glitter pen on the egg she's holding to make it shimmer a little. The butterflies are inked with Inka Gold Turquoise. The image is cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic circles LG and the circle behind the image is cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities Stately Circles. The feathers are cut with a Magnolia Doohickey die and inked with Inka Gold Magenta and Hydragea.

I have used Magnolia Doohickey Lovely Fence die and Joy of Crafts Grass die in front of the image.

The sign is stamped with Distress Embossing Ink and I have heat embossed it with Gold embossing powder. It's a new technique for me, I have seen it before and perhaps tried it, but now is the first time I am using it on a card I think (my memory may fail me, but I think this is the first card did this on ;) ). The sign is cut with two different dies from Spellbinders Nestabilities; Standard Circles LG and Tear Drop Circles. I have inked the edges with Distress Ink Squeezed Lemon. The butterflies are made with a punch from MS and inked with Inka Gold Hydragea.

On the side you can see a heart that I made with a MS punch and I inked it with Inka Gold Hydragea. The butterflies are inked with Inka Gold Magent (pink) and Apricot.

Wow.. this card was just amazing pulling together and I strongly recommend you to try it! And hey, the one who gets it will be very surprised when they open it up!

Happy Crafting!

Tilda With Fantasy Flower An Easel Card

Hi!

I have gone crazy for Magnolia stamps and now I am making most of my cards with them.. This card is an easel card and I really enjoyed making it, working with GoKreate card shaping dies are just a blast! On this card I have finally tried out real Gesso and I LOVE it!

This is my card :)

I have used Tilda with Fantasy Flower from the "Lost and Found" collection of Magnolia and I have coloured her with Distress Ink pads. The circled die underneath is a Spellbinder Nestabilities Stately circle die - love them!! I have inked the edges with a little Seedless Preserves Distress Ink. I have also put on some Shabby white Frantage Enamel around the image.

Here's a close-up at the flower arrangement. I have used Rangers' Adirondack Color Wash "Wild Plum" to ink up my big rose and the berries that were pink from the beginning! I have also used a home made mist that I made with Artist pigments that I bought at Moa Pyssel. You just blend the powder with water in a spray bottle and then you get your own home made mist :) It helped tone down the very intense purple colour that the Color Wash made. I have also used inka Gold on the Heart Swirl from Magnolia.

A close-up at the other flower arrangement and the gorgeous flowers made of clay and molds from Martha Stewart. I have inked them as well with Rangers' Adirondack Color Wash. The beautiful lace with pearls are bought at LLC :)

Here you can see it's an easel card ;) The papers are from KDesigns and the little white square to write on is made with a Spellbinder Nestabilities Decorative Elements Captivating Squares die. The white butterfly is made with a die from Memorybox.

And a final photo :)

Thank you for stopping by :)
Happy crafting!

My very first Easter card (Magnolia)

Hi everyone!
I'm back with my very first Easter card this year! I love this Tilda with egg and chicken and I simply love yellow together with this intense pink, such a great colour combo..

Here's my card!

A close-up on Tilda with egg and chicken. I coloured her with Distress Ink pads and used Frantage Enamel Shabby Pink around the image. I also used yellow stickles on the little chicken. I also used a glitter pen on Tildas eggs and her dress. The circle behind the image is made with Spellbinders Nestabilities Picot Edges Circles.

Here's a close-up at the eggs I made using Memorybox's gorgeous egg dies. I put on some Frantage Enamel on these two and used yellow stickles on the yellow egg and crystal stickles on the pink egg. The lace with pearls is from LLC.

A close-up on the flowers and embellishments. I have used Magnolia DooHickey Feathers dies and put on some Frantage Enamel Shabby White on them. The leaves are made with Martha Stewart clay and molds. All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The golden butterfly is also made with Martha Stewart clay and molds.

A close-up on the beautiful butterfly made with a Magnolia DooHickey die. I have chalked the edges of it and put on some crystal stickles.

A close-up at the tickets, that are made with a ticket stamp and die from Roxstamps. It says "First class to Blue Hill". :) The circle behind the tickets are made with a Tim Holts die.

And a final photo of my card. As you may see, it's an easel card and I have used GoKreate dies to make the cards' shape.

Bara till dig (Circus Trixie Saturated Canary)

Hi!

Today I want to show you a card I made with gorgeous Circus Trixie digistamp from Saturated Canary. I have coloured her with Distress Ink pads and played around with a glitter pen to make her all circus-y :) The folding I've made is called Magic card and you just flip the front and there's the place where you can write your greeting.

Here's my card!

Here's Circus Trixie :) I have played around with Frantage Enamel Shabby Pink around the image and also on the feathers I've made with a Magnolia Doohickey die.

Here's a frame I made with clay from Martha Stewart, I've inked it with Seedless Preserves Distress Ink and then I went over with Inka Gold Hydragea. The text inside "Bara till dig" means "Only for you" in Swedish. I have also used Ranger Crackle Accent in the frame.

Here's a close-up at the right side of the card. I used a Perfect Pearl (Perfect Pearl) mist to make the flowers shimmer and the leaves are made with a Spellbinder die. The beautiful lace is from LLC.

Here's a close-up at the other flower arrangements. I got the clock charm from a friend and the sea shell is from LLC.

Here's a final photo of the card folding. The edges are made with a Spellbinder die.

That's all I had to show you today, happy crafting! :)
