A Hooray birthday card (CC Designs Surprise boy)

Today a special boy had his birthday and he turned 3 years old! I am talking about my cousin's little boy, Leon. I decided to use one of my digital stamps by Roberto Rascals called Surprise Boy, by CC Designs! I love the expression of this stamp and though it would be perfect for little Leon :)
